Salon Policies & Client Agreement

Thank you for choosing our hair salon. To ensure quality service and fairness to all clients, please review and agree to the following policies before booking.

Appointments & Deposits

  • 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all hair appointments.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received and may be canceled if payment is not made within the required timeframe.

  • The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Any cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeit of your deposit — no exceptions. Please note that voicemails left outside of business hours cannot be accepted.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and may be unable to book future appointments.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule an appointment up to two (2) times with proper notice outside the 24-hour window.

  • More than two reschedules will require 100% payment upfront for future appointments, which is non-refundable.

Refunds & Adjustments

  • Refunds are only issued if a service is deemed unfixable by the salon.

  • No refunds will be given due to change of mind, dissatisfaction based on personal preference, or failure to follow consultation recommendations.

  • Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment for possible adjustments.

  • We do not provide refunds without first assessing the service outcome in person.

  • If a service outcome is deemed correctable, a complimentary correction is offered in place of a refund.

  • Clients must allow the salon a reasonable opportunity to inspect and rectify the service.

  • Time constraints, travel plans, or personal availability do not override this process.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Please arrive on time to ensure full service. A 10–15 minute grace period may be allowed depending on the service booked.

  • Arrivals beyond this time may result in shortened services, additional fees, or cancellation, with the deposit forfeited.

Hair Preparation

  • Additional detangling, color correction, or product usage may result in extra charges or rescheduling.

Health & Safety

  • Services may be refused if there are signs of scalp conditions, infections, or lice. In these cases, deposits remain non-refundable.

Appointment Reminders

  • Appointment reminders will be sent as a courtesy.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of their appointment date and time.
